At Sri Sai Srinivasa Pearls, we specialize in delicate, exquisite fashion and imitation jewellery. We take extreme precautions in packaging and partner with reliable national courier services to ensure your orders reach you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Time
All items undergo a rigorous double-stage quality check before shipping to check for stone settings, plating uniformity, and clasp strength.
- Orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- For customized or pre-order items, processing time may vary as mentioned in the product description.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer standard shipping across India:
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹2,999.
- Standard Shipping: A nominal flat fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below the free shipping threshold.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched from our Hyderabad facility, estimated transit times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 – 7 business days.
- Remote / Northeast Pincodes: 7 – 10 business days.
Note: External factors such as severe weather, public holidays, or service disruptions may cause unexpected delays.
4. Secure Packaging
Imitation jewellery is highly delicate and prone to transit damage if not packaged correctly. To ensure maximum safety, we wrap each piece in high-density bubble wrap before placing it inside a sturdy plastic or cardboard jewellery box. The entire package is then sealed inside a tamper-proof bag.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated notification (via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp) containing your tracking number and a link to trace the parcel. You can also track your shipment status by logging into your account panel on our website.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct address details including Pincode and a valid phone number. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, a re-shipping fee of ₹100 will be collected before sending the package again.
