Return & Exchange Policy

At Sri Sai Srinivasa Pearls, we are dedicated to offering you exquisite, handcrafted imitation jewellery. Due to the delicate nature of fashion jewellery, we have put in place a clear Return, Exchange & Refund policy to ensure transparency and trust.

Mandatory Opening Video Requirement

To claim returns or exchanges for items damaged during transit or incorrect deliveries, a continuous, unedited package opening video is mandatory. The video must show the outer shipping label, the package being opened, and the items inside inspected for any damage. Claims without opening videos cannot be processed.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 3-day return or exchange policy. You must contact our support team and register your request within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Requests received after 3 days will not be eligible.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • The jewellery must be completely unused, unworn, and in its original pristine condition.
  • The product must be sent back with its original tag, certificate (if any), premium case/box, and bubble wrap.
  • No alterations, damage, or wear marks should be present on the item.

3. Excluded Products (Non-Returnable)

Due to hygiene and customization constraints, the following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings & Nose Rings: For hygiene reasons, unless received in a damaged condition (supported by an opening video).
  • Customized / Personalized Orders: Jewellery altered or custom-sized upon request.
  • Clearance / Sale Items: Purchases made during promotional clearance sales.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@srisaisrinivasapearls.com or WhatsApp us at +919876543210 with your Order Number and details.
  2. Attach the mandatory package opening video along with close-up photos of the product and tags.
  3. Once our team approves the request, we will arrange a reverse pickup (available for most pincodes). If reverse pickup is unavailable in your region, we will ask you to self-ship the item back, and shipping costs will be reimbursed (up to ₹100).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned jewellery in our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Returns: The refund amount will be credited back via store credit (valid for 1 year) or to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as store credit or transferred directly via bank transfer/UPI once the client provides account details.
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. COD fees (if applied) are also non-refundable.
